Poker Ranked is a game of skill played with play money. Chips have no value, can't be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out, and there are no prizes. Nothing in the game is gambling for money.
Gems are a virtual currency you can buy through your platform's store and spend on cosmetic items (card decks, backs, chips, avatars and worlds). They give no advantage in play. Gems and items are a license to use them in the game, not property; they can't be exchanged for money. Refunds follow your store's policy and the law where you live; a refunded purchase removes the Gems it granted.
No collusion, chip dumping, bots or other automation, multiple accounts in ranked, or exploiting bugs. Leaving a ranked match counts as finishing last. We may reset ratings, remove items or suspend accounts that break these rules.
You must be old enough to play simulated-gambling games where you live (18+ in most places). Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
We work to keep the game running but can't promise it will always be available. A match interrupted by a server restart doesn't count toward ratings. We may change or end the game with notice.
