PokerRanked
Privacy
Last updated: October 2026. This explains what Poker Ranked collects, why, and what you can
do about it.
What we collect
-
An account. A random identifier for your device, the display name you choose, and,
if you link them, the identifiers Apple, Google, Steam or Meta give us for your account. We don't
ask for your email address: Sign in with Apple is asked for none, but signing in with Google can
give us the email address on that Google account, which is kept with your account.
-
Your games. Matches you play, the hands in them (kept 180 days for fairness checks
and disputes), your rating, rank and Tour progress.
-
Purchases. The store's transaction id and what you bought, so Gems are credited
once and refunds are honored. Payment details stay with the store; we never see them.
-
Network data. Your IP address when you connect, used to keep the service running
and, in ranked, to keep players on the same network out of the same match (we store only a one-way
hash of the network, not the address).
What we don't do
No advertising, no ad tracking, no selling or renting data, no third-party analytics SDKs in the game.
Who processes it
Our game servers and database (hosted by our infrastructure provider), and the platform you play on
(Apple, Google, Valve, Meta) for sign-in and purchases under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
Settings → Delete my account deletes your account and its data. Settings also lets you export a copy
of your data on request through support. You can unlink sign-in methods by contacting support.
Children
Poker Ranked is a play-money game for adults and isn't directed at children.
